Hi, my name is Andy Siverio. I am passionate and analytical transplant from New Jersey.  I have spent the last 15 years buying, selling, and renting real estate for residential and/or investment purposes in South Florida. Buying, selling, or renting your home is no easy task. Trust me I have been there and done that plenty of times. My method is to incorporate all my successes and failures, as you know we learn from our failures, to help my clients achieve their dreams. I will help you find the right property in the right location or maximize your profit when selling your home. All in a way that is ultra transparent and stress free.

Through the years I have been able to make some awesome relationships with people from all facets of the real estate industry; in Insurance, lending, property management, and contractors.

In my personal life I enjoy volunteering at my son’s school, our church, and as an adult leader in our local Boy Scout Troop. Mentoring the youth and teaching them about the outdoors and leadership skills is personal passion of my wife and me.
